For couples, I offer a warm and supportive environment designed to nurture connection, rebuild trust, and restore emotional intimacy. Teaching communication skills, self regulation and co regulation practices, and attachment focused techniques, I help partners navigate conflict with curiosity and compassion. The goal is to strengthen understanding, deepen emotional safety, and cultivate a satisfying relationship built on mutual respect, empathy, and shared growth.
